  Recruitment Procedure   
     
  A candidate whose CV is hosted on this page is selected, the FIES would upon hearing from the employer proceed to notify the candidate to fulfill the requirements that may be laid down by the employer for the propose. The FIES would also be able to arrange written tests and interviews on behalf of the employer, is so required. The same arrangement would apply in those cases where posts are advertised. The FIES would welcome if the employers were to depute their own representative to conduct tests and interviews. We provide free five star hotel accommodation for our clients.

  FIES is advertising the job openings in the national's press. The advertisement would be designed in accordance with the requirements of the employer. A period of seven days for appearance of the advertisement and a margin of fifteen days for candidates to apply would have to be allowed normally. (As specified in the Nepal Labor, Act.)

  Medical Examination     
     
  The FIES would ensure that every candidate undergoes a medical fitness examination to satisfy the health requirements and physical fitness standards set forth by the employer. Qualified doctors would conduct this examination. Their written reports would be sent to the employer. The selected candidates will also be cleared from the security point of view if desired the employer.

  Service Agreement     
     
 

To avoid any legal claims/dispute, the FIES, would stress upon the employer and the candidates to sign a Foreign Service agreement. This agreement is usually in line with laws if any, operating in the country of origin as well as employment. In addition, this document can include any special condition(s) that may be prescribed by the employer within the legal framework of the country of origin or employment. In the area of human resource recruitment, the FIES renders the following professional services to its foreign employers and recruitment firms:

  • Provision of resumes from office.

Sagar Overseas Pvt. Ltd., as an authorized agent, will carry out the following activities in Nepal on behalf of the employers under the rules and regulations of the Department of Labour HMG/Nepal. On receipt of any authenticated vacancy demand from the overseas employer, we apply at the Department of Labour for recruitment permission with following documents.   • Demand Letter: - A copy of demand letter from the employer containing all details of vacancy e.g. type of workers required nature and number of workers, salary, qualification and experience and other terms and condition of service and benefits which the employer would offer.
  • Power of Attorney:- A copy of power of attorney duly authenticated by the ministry of foreign affairs or Ministry of labour from the country of employer in favour of the recruitment agency to act on his behalf.
  • Consular Letter: - A copy of visa advice/consular letter/ work permit/N.O.C. etc duly authenticated.
  • Contract Paper:- A specimen copy of employment contract of service agreement mentioning wages offered and schedule of benefits including accommodation , food, medical facilities leave etc.

All the documents must be attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs or Ministry of Labour or the Chamber of Commerce in the country of employer.

On receipt of recruitment permission from the department of labour, we advertise in newspapers, radio, and television for eligible applicants who are interested and qualified for overseas employment

To ensure that the applicant is in good health, we require a physical from a recognized hospital or clinic.

We arrange all the travel documents for our personnel ready for overseas employment.

The employers or his representatives then carry out interview trade testing written test and other necessary assistance and logistics.

We arrange for the proper accommodation, transportation, security and other facilities to the employer or his representatives for their visit to interview eligible candidates.
